Dr. Bastidas is a graduate of Boston College and UMDNJ - New Jersey Medical School. He completed a 5-year General Surgical Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey, a research fellowship at the University of Pittsburg in Pennsylvania, and a Plastic Surgery Residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. He has more than 20 years of experience performing plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. In addition to his private practice, he is the Medical Director for Removery (https://removery.com) in New York and Pennsylvania, a member of the Clinical Advisory Board for Removery, and a member of the Medical Team for ReviveCare (https://revivecaring.com) providing advanced wound care at people's homes and skilled nursing facilities.
Dr. Bastidas has one goal, and that is to provide. He became a physician to help others. He then became a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to make the most of his unique skill set and do the best work he can possibly do.
